Bachelor- and Master theses

At present we are looking for Bachelor and Master students interested in the following topics:

• Class-C laser with mutual time-delayed optical coupling [1]
• Coupled semiconductor mode-locked lasers [2]
• Narrow linewidth quantum dot lasers with optical feedback for coherent communication systems [3]
• Mode-locked laser with V-shaped geometry and complex gain dynamics [4]
• Description of nanolasers using a stochastic simulator [5]

Depending on one's inclination and background the focus may be set in the field of modelling/computer simulation/nonlinear dynamics.

Theses may be started at any time.
